'The Radical Hansard' is an edited transcript prepared by cesc of the conversations and deliberations at 'The Radical Consultation' in Swindon, Wiltshire from 12-16 September 2001. 'CESC' will start production of 'The Radical Hansard' compact disc over the weekend of 1/2 December 2001. This will be priced at £ 9.95 and can incorporate and/or footnote any requested amendments to this final draft.

'The Radical Hansard' CD-Rom will include internal links to documents in 'HTML' format and manuscripts in 'Adobe pdf' format such as 'Common Sense', 'Crisis Wisdom', 'Forum Papers' and 'The Confederate Papers'...edited exchanges between participants in the months leading up to the 'Radical Consultation'...and the complete 'Fourth World Review 2001'.
