For Local Crisis Committees
To
meet regularly to confront the problems of the global crisis.
To clarify the causes of the crisis.
To make the causes widely known
among local neighbours.
To seek to implement such changes
of lifestyle that may counter these causes and to persuade neighbours
to do likewise.
To work unceasingly to establish
maximum forms of political, economic and social power within
the neighbourhood.
To oppose all attempts to exercise
power in the neighbourhood by forces external to it other than
by its express and constantly revocable
