POLICY
For Local Crisis Committees

The Crisis Committee is a wholly independent neighbourhood body concerned to elucidate and to counter the causes of the global crisis. Its authority stems wholly from its own neighbourhood members and cannot be circumscribed by any external authority. It seeks to deepen understanding of the causes of the global crisis and to counter them by the following means:

By disseminating information on the global crisis among its neighbours.
publishing leaflets, pamphlets, a regular neighbourhood magazine and other means.
By maintaining strong links with other Crisis Committees via the e-mail and other forms of communication.
By strongly opposing all measures to infringe on neighbourhood power in dealing with neighbourhood problems by external authorities whether national, regional or ostensibly local.
