Rule 10 a) The Committee shall manage the affairs of the Association in accordance with these rules and shall apply the funds of the Association to the objects of the Association.
b) The quorum for Committee meetings shall be three Committee members.
c) The Committee shall make such bye-laws and regulations as necessary provided they do not conflict with these rules.
d) It shall be the responsibility of the Honorary Treasurer to keep a complete and accurate account of the Association's finances which shall run from 1st January to 31st December each year.
Rule 11 At each Annual General Meeting a member shall be appointed as Honorary Auditor to audit the accounts of the Association for the current year.
In the event that no member is willing to undertake these duties it shall fall to the committee to decide on suitable alternative arrangements.
