General Meetings
Rule 12
a) At the discretion of the Committee an Annual General Meeting shall be convened on some day in the February following the end of the Association's financial year. The Honorary Secretary shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all members receive at least 14 clear days' notice of the date, time, venue and agenda of the meeting.

b) The Committee may, on giving reasonable notice to all members, convene a Special General Meeting for any specific business, the nature of which shall be stated in the notice. Discussion at such meetings shall be confined to the stated business.Such a meeting shall also be convened on the written request to the Chairman of twelve (12) members at the expense of the members making the request.

c) At a General Meeting of the Association, each member (other than an Honorary Member) shall have one vote.Honorary Members shall be entitled to attend and speak, but shall have no vote.In case of equality of votes, the Chairman of the meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
