Name & Object

Rule 1

The name of the Association is 'The Rye Harbour Boat Owners Association' and the burgee of the Association shall be the burgee authorised by the Committee of the Association.

Rule 2

a) The object for which the Association is formed is to protect and further the interests of boating of all kinds in the port and harbour of Rye.

b) The Association shall be affiliated to the Royal Yachting Association.
